The uncomfortable truth about scaling your business is that reading sales books, taking online courses without interaction, and researching sales methods won’t allow for you and your team to unlock skill sets that can be taught.

The good news is that my process begins with a deep analysis and understanding of your current sales approach – from the communication of the first outreach to new leads, to follow up sequences (tip: don’t ever tell your leads you’re “following up!”), all the way through to new client onboarding.
